I am assuming that you were the photographer that toke the photos right!?
And seeing as you were the photographer that toke the photos, you did get a model release signed by the people that you toke a photos of right!? If you answered yes to all the above questions then you have the rights to those photos and have the right to have them edited by someone or company of your choosing!.
Now as a professional photographer myself I will look at the photos and let you know if it would even be possible!. Then I will let you know what we can do for you, only after we have a copy of the model release form signed by the person that you toke a photograph of!.
If you are wanting to edit a photo of a person that you did not take, then you would need to get the permission of the person who owns the rights to the photo!. And to edit a photo with out that permission in writing could mean jail time and or a big fine!.
