nikon d40 without a doubt!. i have one and i love it!. its a professional slr!. its a cheaper camera but its just as good as a 3000 dollar one!. it takes great pics and is very good!. look at my pictures taken with my nikon d40Www@QuestionHome@Com

Since you mentioned in your question that you don't care about the price, a really professional camera for studio shooting is the Hasselblad H3DII-50!. It offers a class-leading 50 megapixel resolution, far more than the usual 10 megapixels you'll find on other cameras!. Price!? In excess of $37 000!.

Or you can buy the far more practical Canon 1D Mark III!. It features a wide range of lens and accessories and produces the best images of a SLR camera!. Price!? Around 5k!.

Or maybe an entry level Nikon d40x!. It features 10 megapixel resolution, good image quality, and interchangeable lenses!. It also comes with a much more affordable $800 price tag!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Based on your question, it sounds like you really don't know all that much about photography yet, which leads me to think you don't need a super expensive, fancy, professional one, as all of the features will be wasted on someone who thinks cameras make good photographs, not photographers!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, there is the Hasselblad H3dII that sells for $30,000!. also, Phase One has just introduced a digital back with 65 MP for certain medium format cameras!. Probably looking at 50 thousand for the back alone!. I have a 645 Mamiya AFD that this will work on!.!.!. want to "lend" me the money since price doesn't matter!? :-)

for beginers i would definitally suggest the nikon D40!.
if you want something more advanced i would look into the nikon d200
or the nikon d3, but the nikon d3 will run you about 5,000 dollarsWww@QuestionHome@Com

just use the most expensive cameraWww@QuestionHome@Com

Price doesn't matter!? Then get a Hasselblad!Www@QuestionHome@Com
