Where can I have a picture sized to fit in my keychain?

Question: Where can I have a picture sized to fit in my keychain!?

I have a keychain from Brighton with a place for a tiny little picture!. I want to put a picture of my cat, but I want it to be as sharp as the picture in it, and the perfect size, and I don't think I can do that on my printer!. Where can I take it to get sized and cut to fit!?

I have a birghton keychain too, the index print that came with my prints last time fit just perfect!.
Otherwise, you can open a new file in photoshop!.!.!.4x6 and 300 dpi, add guides so that it is the right size, paste your image in there, freetransform holding shift and dragging the corner (not side) to shrink it down!. Then, add other stuff in the blank area - something you want for your wallet or a notecard and have it printed as a 4x6 at your local photo place!. wall-a!.

ARE WE TALKING DIDGITAL or film!.!?IF its DIDGTAL download into PC, and if you have any photo programe you will be able to re size easily!.IF NOT most camera shops have the gear to do it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
