if you shoot subjects at a slow shutter speed it will show motion!. try shooting below 1/60th of a second!. keep in mind the slower the shutter speed the greater the chance of camera shake and the need for a tripod!. another method of showing motion is to capture subjects that are passing in front of you rather than coming toward you!. when the subject is traveling parallel to the plane of the film, considerable movement is likely to be recorded on the film and the object will be blurred unless the shutter speed is fast!. if the subject is moving directly toward or away from the camera, there is no sideways movement recorded on the film and so a minimum of blur is produced, even at a slower shutter speed!. you mean with a camera or camcorder!? With a camera, you have to slow the aperture speed!. But in order to not get the whole picture blurry you will need a tripod or something to hold the camera completely still while the shutter is openWww@QuestionHome@Com
