Belive it or not, you can make animation with just programs already on your computer!. Paint and windows movie maker!. If you don't believe me, Type in "Care Bear Stars" or "Eternal" on youtube!.com, these are the most well-known animation shows that use mostly, if not only, Microsoft Paint and Windows Movie Maker!.

first u need schooling such as an animation course, like the one i am in!. for a diploma its a 3yr program and for a BA its a 4 yr!. then when u finish and u have a demo reel u show it to studios!. u will prob start as an inbetweener then a key animator, then either layout artist, storyboard, colour or clean up!. then to supervisor then director!. so u see there r many steps just getting into the business never mind owning ur own studio!!! its a big dream but it is possible with the right dedication, hard work and effort!. good luck and happy animating!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
