Question: How can i keep an object in colour and change the background into black and white!?
i use photoshop cs2, please help me in as simple way as possible!? :DWww@QuestionHome@Com

First select the area you want to keep coloured!. Once you have that area selected right-click and click "Select Inverse!." This will give you the rest of the image selected!.

From here you select the "Image" area on the top bar, then "Adjustments," looking down the list there should be a option labeled "Black and White!." Select that!. That should open a menu with several sliding bars!. Just press "Auto" then "Ok!."

The suggestion below me a good idea, but only works with shapes that are easily selected!. You could also duplicate the layer and make the top one black and white!. Then take the eraser and careful erase the part you want to be colour so the coloured layer underneath will show through!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
