Photoshop is not free, but you can use these free online editors to make bw photos with a splash of color:

No, it costs a fortune!. You can download a free trial (or download it illeagally) or there are alternatives!. Jasc Paint Shop Pro is cheaper, though it isn't as good!. There's also GIMP, which is free, but I've never used this so I don't know what you can do on it!. Might be worth looking into though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Photoshop does offer a free online editor!. You can also purchase a striped down version called photoshop elements for under $100!.
