Question: Black-white photography

Hi, i know AgBr is used in black-white photography!. What I am confusing is whether AgI is also used in black-white photography!? What i could found online is silver halide, they didn't mention about which halide:(Www@QuestionHome@Com

Silver Chloride, Silver Bromide and Silver Iodide are all used to form emulsions in traditional black and white photography!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
