Question: Looking for a painting!?

I read a book about a year ago and the main character talks about a painting where there is a demon either standing at the end of the bed or sitting on the end of a bed!. It was a long time ago but it just popped into my head and I was wondering if anyone knows what painting it could be!? I looked for the reference when I finished the book but couldn't find it and I lost the book!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

it may be a painting that expresses emotion!. the painter may have felt that he had done something wrong and had not owned up about it, so insted of keping it cooped up inside themselves they expressed their emotions though art!. it's a magical thing painting it helps relve stress and anger ect!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
