I really don't have a double chin but this picture make me look like i do!.
How can I fix it!?

The pic is nice although, it has a little too much contrast!. Their is no double chin!. What is there ro remove !?
The only thing that bothers you is the shadow on part of the right or left hand side, depending how you look at the pic!.

Use the clone tool and remove it with the clone tool on the chine!. That should do the trik!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

In photoshop use the Healing Brush right on the 'shadow' on the right cheek!. That might help youWww@QuestionHome@Com
