Learn anatomy and practise drawing real life, as well as manga!.

Learn the basics first(just type in manga tutorials on google, there will be a lot), and once you pick that up just keep practising!. Copying is a really easy way to learn!. Look at pictures in a style that you like, and copy them carefully, noticing all the little details and how they were drawn!. At the same time, you should be drawing your own things as well and you will develop your own style!. You could post your drawings online for advice and help!. Good luck and have fun!. :)

Oh, and please don't fall for buying the 'How To Draw' books (Like I did, lol)!.!.!. They are hardly any help at all!. I picked like one tiny thing up from each book!.!.!. And the artists that draw for them aren't the best I've seen!. You can learn so much more by just practising, copying and deciding what works for you!.

draw with your whole arm,you draw with your brain
not with your hand,try 3 by3inch drawing do the best
you can ,no erayering for about 3 to 4 week
save the drawing you notice a big improvement

work on it regularly ,h pencil are for drawing shading
