Question: Does anybody know how to make one of these collages!?

Like you see in Austin Powers!. The one above his bed!. Where it's one pic, but is in 4 sections!. And has a different color over each pic!. Hope you can get what I'm talking about!. Thanks!Www@QuestionHome@Com
