This is not blending!. This is just a collage and the way to do it is to open a blank page!. Take some balloons and put them on top or wherever!.
Then, take the girl, and use the lasso to cut round each pic separately!. Now copy and paste on your new blank page!.

You can move each element separately by clicking on them , or clicking on the corners and rotate the pics or, flip them from left to right!. Whatever your imagination dictates!.

Then save and combine all the elements together!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
