Question:

I love to take photos especially of water and nature!. I am going on vacation the end of September and would like to have a camera to take with me that isn't going to take crummy pictures but that also isn't going to break my budget!. I want it to be able to take pictures in different types of light and be able to make them look really nice without the "fuzz" and "haze" around them!. also I don't want it to be SUPER COMPLICATED and require me to have a PhD in Astrophysics to work the thing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I recommend the D40 or D 60 to new folks!. It is reasonably priced particularly for what you get!. It is a DSLR so you can get other lenses for it and it does more than a point and shoot !. While it does not have all the functions of my D-300 It does not have the 420 page manual the D-300 does either!. If you are a cannon person I think the rebel xTi is the cannon equivalent

I bought a Canon sx100 is, at Easter!.I have been very very pleased with it!.I can zoom and take pics of the eagles on the other side of the river or I can go close and take picture of flowers and bees and stuff!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
