Basically every picture editor can shrink pictures!. The question is just what kind of quality you end up with!.

Some people will recommend ms-paint but the quality of the shrinked picture is probably not as good!.

For a quick and easy solution use "Irfanview" (free powerful software) and choose the "lanczos" algorithm!. (downloadlink below)!.

A little more advanced is a shareware called "PhotoPerfect"!. It's a free download too and in addition to IrfanView offers automatic image optimization plugins that make your pictures a little nicer!. Resizing is at the menu "Reshape->Resize"!. Use Lanczos3 as filter!. Image optimization is triggered by the letter "D" on your keyboard!.

Hope that helped,

It's possible that you have some programs on your computer, but not knowing which platform or operating system you have, I recommend you go to Shrink Pictures online:

http://www!.shrinkpictures!.com/

You can resize your photos there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
