How will I be able to make a a rounded corner frame for my photos without a colored background in Photoshop!?
Here is a tutorial of what I can do!.!.!.!.

Promote the background to a layer!.
Use the rounded rectangle tool to create a PATH!.
Right click inside of path, make selection, inverse selection!.
Delete the selection!.
Right now you have a transparency around the outside!. If you save this as jpg, it won't support that and the background will be white (which will still be invisible on a white page)!.
If you want to keep the transparency, save it as a gif!.
