Question: How do people put their drawing online and color it in!?!?

Okay I'm pretty much an amateur at this so this question may come across as stupid, but how do people put their anime drawing on the internet and color it in!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

you may be best to scan drawing at high resolution 300+, open in photoshop or illustrator to edit lines, then use various programs to color further and design, if your images are already colored, you can still re-edit copy with programs, also many art designers use tablets like wacam's,
