the person took a picture of themself!. and toko the transparent brush and made his sweatshirt transparent, then uploaded a picture of them while on the beach or wherever they are!.!. selected it all, copied it!. pasted the picture over the pic that they made the sweatshirt transparent!.!. then right clicked on the picture and clicked "move backwards" in which put the picture behind the original picture!.!. therefore causing it to come through the transparancy!.
the faded background was probbaly the wall they were just standing in front of!.
you can probably go in and transparent around the picture of you and just find a picture on google of a black and white background and do the same thing!.
uhm!.!. if you want it black and white, just go to "image" i believe it's image atleast, up in the toolbar!.!. go to "mode" and put it as black and white!.
then save!.
