good- the second there was a little more distraction, but still clear that the cat was the subject!. just a little advice if you don't mind!.!.!. really get those in focus- eyes are what makes a cat!. if those were in crystal clear focus those pictures would have really popped! zoom in with your camera and auto focus on the eyes, and then zoom out to your desired composition!. your camera should hold the focus on the eyes, and the result will be crystal clear focus eyes, but everything else will still be focused as well- just not as clear as the eyes which will make them pop!

I really liked the first pic, the lighting was good and you caught the cat's attitude perfectly!. The second one was ok, just a little too much in the photo along with the kitty for my taste, lol!.
