Grotesque it is!. Someone took Markus Ruhl, German bodybuilder, and photoshopped him!.
Someone said it looked like the wallpaper used to make anyone look like a bodybuilder!.

It's a real edited picture!. The indicators are the left wrist skinniness and the stretch in black on the left/top corner!. It's unrealistic (physically) but if it wasn't so outrageous, like a regular body with a different head, it would be hard to tell at this pic resolution!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is theoretically possible to overdevelop muscles like this and strip out all the fat under the skin if you really work at it, and control your diet very strictly!. I can't see why anyone sane would do so though!.

If that shot isn't exagerated via Photoshop or something the guy would be barely able to do anything but stand and pose!. He certainly couldn't move easily!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I watched a TV programme once called "The Man Whose Arms Exploded"!. It was about a body builder who got into using steroids to build his arms up really big and they looked like the arms of the guy in this picture!. It could be real if the guy had used a truckload of steroids!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes it is real there a heaps of people men and women looking like that everywhere doesnt anyone on here watch tv they are body builders and they make themselves look like that alot of them take steroids but i can assure you they are real i have seen them myself its hideous but trueWww@QuestionHome@Com

Actually Its a horrible job done in Photoshop!. Must have been quite the amature!. I'm no pro at it myself but have been through the basics and can tell you that is clearly fake!. Even the body looks horribly cropped in places!. Especially along the edges!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Nope!. First of all it looks fake and it's not physically possible (as far as I know) also if you had seen the photoshop transformations I have, editing a picture into that is possible!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

no, the skin colour on the head is different to the skin colour on the body and if you look closely it looks like a picture(painting) cut out with a hole where the head goes through!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
