Okay well to get this effect you have to cross-process to make it easy for you!.!.!.you can use picnik!.com

Its super easy I'll tell you what to do step by step

1!. Go to picnik!.com
2!.make an account
3!.upload a photo
4!. go to create
5!. scroll down in the box with all the effects
6!. click cross-process
7!. save
