with photobucket, you can edit with fotoflexer, to open image, make b&w effect, paint over item with brush with invert selected,

or use program to open colored image, duplicate layer, erase items,

or for basic edit try photofiltre, to make second copy, desaturate color to b&w, select and copy items from color to paste on b&w, or from color image select item with lasso tool, invert selection and desaturate image,

I think this was how this picture was done!.

-Duplicated the photo into another layer!.
- de-saturate that layer untill it is a black/white as you want it!.
-erase the parts of that layer that you want to keep in color!. --The colored photo will show through!.

This'll be a lot easier than trying to colorize the individual parts, which would work as well!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

1) Set color to greyscale!. You now have a Black & White pic!.
2) Set color back to full color
3) Select with the lasso tool what you want to color!.
4) Use 'colorize' to set and pick the color you want
5) Save as
