Glow in the dark?!?

Question: Glow in the dark!?!!?

is there a glow in the dark pen (not like the acual pen, i mean the ink that comes out is glow in the dark) that can be used to write on a shirt but doesnt come off!? like a glow in the dark sharpie!? i dont think sharpie has glow in the dark stuff but is their any other thing that can write on clothing but not come off when it is being washed !?!!?! thankss (:Www@QuestionHome@Com
