Question: Can someone help me prove the blurred man in this picture's a technical problem!?

the link above is a picture of the sister of my sister's friend during her uncle's funeral!. (I hope that statement wasn't as confusing as I think it is)

anyway, the walking blurred man in the picture wasn't there during the time it was taken!. is there any way that this could have been due to a technical problem!?

Judging by the rest of the picture, it was probably taken at a very slow shutter speed!. As the guy was walking behind the girls, his movement blurred the image of him!.

Notice that his right foot is fairly clear on the floor while his left is very blurred because he's moving it!. His upper body is not as blurred even though it's moving as well!. His body is moving but not as fast as his left leg and foot are!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
