yea its normal its usually because of light filtering through your eyelids but in the dark its because your eyes are still activeWww@QuestionHome@Com

Yes!. I see patterns and colors!. Usually it is at times of great creative flow and my brain is heavily stimulated and engaged!. It also happens when I am falling asleep and my body finally relaxes!.

You may have Migraine headache's and the color patterns you are seeing are known as auroras!. If you do have aurora migraines then please see a doctor as they can prescribe meds to help deal with these!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
