Song, book and film titles cannot be copyrighted!.

no,first the writer of the song would have to show that you have irreparably damaged his business!.then he or she would have to prove useing his title made you some money and then he might be intitled to some compensation!.but unless this competition is for a million dollars or something and if you are still not sure!.go to www!.nolo!.comWww@QuestionHome@Com
