Question: How do i make a fake driver's license!?

I mean like a funny kind, i don't really need it to look real you see my brother used to make those, but with like anime characters and celeberties, I'm going to try a Solid Snake one, but i don't know how!. Is there like a layout of one i could use or sumthin!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
