Can anyone give me the details about posting my oil paintings on the site!? Do I HAVE TO sell them as prints or postcards or whatever!? I posted a photo and it is basically forcing me to select what format I want to sell it in!. Can't I just post and not sell for now!? Who creates the prints to sell!? Me!? What if I do not have the capabilities for that!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Whenever you submit something to dA (providing it's in the correct category), it automatically goes to the submit print page!. Look on that page, and there should be an option like 'not now', or something like that!. Click that, and it won't sell them!.
If you do choose to sell prints, deviantART produces them (not you)!. On a free account, you'd get 10% of the profit (minus the base cost), and on a Premium Prints account you'd get 50% of the profit!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Are you sure that's all the options you get!? I'm not on DeviantART, but I know it allows you to upload an maintain a gallery without any conditions such as selling!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You do not have to sell them!.
There is an option as you add things to your gallerie!.

A website wouldn't allow you to sell things without your own concent anyway!.^^Www@QuestionHome@Com
