Absolutely!. It can also be said of video!. Images, or quotes for that matter, when taken out of context or used for illustration, can impact any cause!.

as the statement stands!.!.!.true, some of the things that are highlighted in history would not be it not for photos!. but there is a lot of history that can be made up by photography that isnt accurate to begin with!.
also true in stories!. we know paul Revere rode through the streets but we dont have a picture of it!. do we need a pic of it to suddenly make it important or have it be remembered!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
