how does he make the eyes on this video and if so how can I make them!?

He's not moving his head around when you see the big eyes so he isn't tracking any effects!. I'm pretty sure he's using the "Sphere" warp effect in After Effects or some other "Bulge" or "Sphere" warp tool in some other video compositing software!.

Yes you can do it if you have the software, just try to keep your head facing forward and still like he does!. And It's a point and click effect (just like a filter in photoshop) so it will be very easy to use!. After you select the tool just place your mouse pointer on the pupil and click and drag until it stretches the eye as large as you want!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
