Question: Photoshop!! graphic HELP!?

photoshop isnt free right!?
i want to use something that is free to create
designs on my computer!. If anyone knows any program
thats free that i can use to design some types of graphics!.

Photo shop is the best is you want to do serious photo editing!. You can usually get free photoshop programs like photoshop elements with scanners/printers that you may buy!. So maybe you could look for one like that, otherwise its hundreds of pounds to buy!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
