Question: What do you think of this gaming signature!? What can I do to improve it!?

I made a signature with Agent Washington from the popular web series Red vs Blue: Reconstruction!. For this signature, I took a screenshot and then concentrated on lighting and coloring effects!. Let me know what you think of it!. If you think it needs more, give me some ideas of what I could add!.
