Try this site for clarification:

http://fairuse!.stanford!.edu/Copyright_an!.!.!.

The part of interest to you is in the second half of the page about site releases and includes a sample release if you should need one!. You're getting some well intentioned, but bad information here!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It would be easier if you made it unrecognizable as a certain lighthouse!. Turn it into a graphic and remove anything that would identify it as a certain lighthouse!. Just make it "any lighthouse" and you should be good! Better still, add to it to make it "your lighthouse"Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes!. You probably couldn't trademark your logo without a property release!. It may already be under trademark, and even if not registered will have the same protections!. And, if it isn't something you have exclusive rights to it wouldn't be a good logo choice!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you took the photo it belongs to you!. No you are good to go!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's in the public domain so should be fine!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If You Took The Picture
It's Your, You Don't Need
A Form To Claim It!.!.

Just Put Writing On The Picture
Like " Jason's Images "
So If People Steal Your Image
Your Name Will Be On ItWww@QuestionHome@Com
