Tip down, to allow the fluid to always be at the business end!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The tip/ink end should be pointing down!. It keeps all the ink running down to the tip!. That way, when you use it, theres ink there!. Do the same for all markers, or utensils that have inkWww@QuestionHome@Com
