Removing acne from photos with Paintshop Pro 11.?

Question: Removing acne from photos with Paintshop Pro 11!.!?

I need to retouch some photos where the subject has moderate acne!. Using the basic retouching doesn't seem to remove all of the redness left around the cheekbones!. Anyone have any tips to remove the acne or even make the skin smoother!? I still want the photos to look realistic, not so fuzzy on the skin that it looks fake!. Thank you!Www@QuestionHome@Com

airbrush the photo to relieve it of all traces of acne and redness!. Then lasso some clean skin and save it as a 'history' tool option!. Then go to the areas where the skin looks fake and put a perimeter around the area you need!. Then go back to the history tool to put in the clear skin!. it should look fine after that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

lasso some clean skin, copy and paste it to the area you wish to heal, then level it up to get the tones right
