They both look good!! I like the first one the best, the second one looks a little too much like a mug shot!. !. !. LOL!!

Really, the biggest thing I noticed in both images is the green color cast!. The cast is so bad in the second one that the whites of the eyes even have this color cast!. Quick question, were you shooting under florescent lighting, because this can cause the green cast!? This can be fixed several different ways though and is rather easy!. I see that the camera was a Nikon D40, good camera!. Anyway, if you shoot in RAW mode then the adjustment is as simple as using the eyedropper in your RAW converter and clicking on the whites of the eyes!. !. !. this should work for any jpeg images but can cause some image degradation!.

Another point that I noticed, the first image shows that you shot with an aperture of f14!. !. !. why such a small aperture!? For portraiture you want that nice blurred background!. !. !.f2!.8 to f5!.6 would have been more appropriate in this situation!.

All in all though, they are some nice shots!! I really do like the first pose the best!! Good luck with your photography!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

OK, first of all they are infact very good and tour model is a natural, which helps!. Assuming you are using Photoshop or a similar program I would!.
1) Make them a little less saturated, the colors look great at first but the over saturation makes the make-up too prominent!. Note that I said a LITTLE less!.
2) You seem to have a slight green cast below and next to her arms in the first and in the shadow behind in the second, and a bit in the make-up itself!. Use the hue control to make these look more natural!.
3) She has pretty strong features, which makes her a good model, but I would use a softer look, the online the pictures look overly sharp, look at the filters section in you software a find a filter that softens them a bit, but just a bit!.

Hope I was of some help!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

those are very nice up close shots and whoever the model is is very pretty! I like them both!.!.!.I really don't have any suggestions except to play with lighting and creating dramatic effect with the lighting and what you choose your pic to be in color wise (color, b and w or sepia!.!.!.etc)!. they are good though! I have a couple websites of photographers you could check out!. they are my favs!. fayesommer!.com and mcfrederickphotography!.comWww@QuestionHome@Com

Whoever the model is looks rather angry in the second pic!.!.!.!. she's kind of scaring me O!.O
She's very pretty though =]
My grandma's an artist/photographer and I noticed in all her magazines that 'innocent' is kind of a trend!? So I don't know if very angry is the look to go for!.!.!. If it's for a living I mean!.
but it's cool! I really like them!
