Question: Can you tell a lot about someone by their pictures!?

Can you tell a lot about someone's personality, life, financial status,etc from their pics!? My friend who's an artist said she can tell a lot about people by analyzing their myspace/facebook pics!. If so do you agree!? And how can you, please give examples!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Of course not!. You can tell what that person was doing at that one moment in their life!. I look preppy, fit, and successful in most of my pics but in real life I'm an anxiety prone, muffin-topped, back shaving, nerd who can barely make ends meet!. I'm also an artist but I think that's irrelevant in the case of judging photos!. It says more about the person analyzing the pictures than the pictures themselves!.!.!.oh, that was sorta deep!. Add "deep" to my earlier list!.!.!.and remove "back shaving"!. I Nair!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think that especially in group family photos you actually can tell a lot!. I once read a book called Photo Psychology and it talked about all kinds of body language things you can pick up on -- people leaning slightly away from the person next to them showing some kind of discomfort when it's supposed to be a cozy picture, stuff like that!.

But, of course, you have to be careful!. Pictures can lie!. I do think, though, that if you look at many many pictures of the same person or family or group that you can pick up on certain things!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
