I used to love drawing...?

Question: I used to love drawing!.!.!.!?

so i decided to take a drawing class through my school!. My teacher was a complete b*tch, she hated me, I hated her, now i'm completely turned off to drawing, any suggestions on how to get back into it!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

It might just help to start with just a few sketches!. Do some loose drawings every once in a while!.They don't have to be extremely detailed or polished!. Try to revisit some of your favorite things like your favorite food or an old toy!. Some of the little things around me inspire me the most!. Looking at other people's work gives me a lot of motivation!. You could try to practicing a technique another artist used!.

Try to remember that art for a lot of people is freeing!. There is no reason to be bogged down by some teacher!. Giving up what you have a passion for is like giving that teacher power over your love and talent!. Keep up with your art as a defiant stance against that person!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you disliked your teacher so much that it's put you off something that you like - get angry about it!. So angry that you refuse to let this personality clash spoil something that you like!. Get back to enjoying art just to get your own back!. If you don't then she's got control of your life and that's not right!. When you find out, let me know!. I lost mine after going to fashion school!. I used to have books upon books of doodles, drawing, painting, you name it!.!.!. now!.!.!.all i ever do is Doodle Eyeballs!. (and its only the right eye!.!.!. never the left!)

i went and bought new pencils and a new sketch book (thinking the old one would put me in a bad mood!.) Never did anything with them, just dont have any motivation!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Hmmmm!.!.!.!.I would recommend buying some really nice, toothy paper and black/white carcoal or pencils (your preference) and then find a image you just love!. Nude figure work is always beautiful!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
