You did a great job!. The drawing had a good base, and I understand your problem with getting the darks in, it's though! Even greater than your drawing was the fact that you have already realized and commented on your mistakes!. Realizing what you're doing wrong is very important to improvement, even though it hurts sometimes!. Do not give up, you have already made a crucial step to becoming a better artist! Now that you've found out what you need to change about you're art, go out and do some more! Experiment with darks, and constantly be aware of the world around you, it is your subject! It's not bad, keep practicing!. Try experimenting with shading and really look at the subject you are drawing!. Draw only what you see, not what you know!. For example, you know where an eye or a nose should be on a face, but that may not be where the particular eye or nose or the person you are drawing is!. If you are really passionate about being an artist, I suggest you buy some books to help you, or get some tutorials off the internet!. They can be really helpful!.

You can do whatever you set your mind to!. If you have a passion for creativity and art, you can succeed at it!. I'm a fine arts major and love it!. not bad for a person who has not even began to take the step of majoring in art yet!. That is a very good first step!. Make sure you keep ahold of your drawings!. Not only to see how you progress but incase you need them for when you start an art class, so they can see how you have done so far!. I am tired so it may not make sense what I just said!. Well, I'd go with starting with drawing different things!. You have a talent for drawing, no doubt about it! You should not draw people because they are rather hard to draw!. Try to draw outdoorsy things, and you may want to look outside to get things more accurate!. You'll get better over time, and experiment with your drawings to get better!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

WAY better then i can do but if i had to do constructive critasisim i would say that the eyes are unproportioned but as i said b4 you have a lot more talent then i could ever dream of havingWww@QuestionHome@Com

i think its good, it just doesn't look realistic!. its a cartoonish but not cartoonish picture, i like it!. you should start ading values to your work, nothing at all shoudl be left completely white!. keep practicing! :DWww@QuestionHome@Com
