combinations goes best together?

Question: Which of these colour schemes/combinations goes best together!?

This is not for any specific reason (I'm not redecorating a bathroom or anything), but what do you think is the best combination!?

1) Black, with gold edging/trim/accessories!.

2) Black, with silver edging/trim/accessories!.

3) White, with gold edging/trim/accessories!.

4) White, with silver edging/trim/accessories!.

I know it's hard to visualise as an abstract, but which combination do you think compliments each other the best!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's possible you're deciding a color for your car or something, but I personally like white with gold trim!. It depends on the look you are going for!.

I find white on silver very ugly and I wouldn't like to see that together at all in any application, and I feel it only looks appropriate at a wedding or baby shower or something to that effect!.

I feel the same with black and silver unless its like a bar mitvah or something!.
