Hey there, well, you have some cool shots that's for sure!. I am a pro-photog, so let me give you some tips:

1) I loved the content within your landscape shots, though some of the compositions can be stronger!. Generally with landscape shots you want to make sure you have a foreground, mid-ground (horizon) and background (sky)!. A lot of people get excited when they see a cool ocean sunset, or a cool city scene and shoot the scene with only the ocean and sky, while forgetting the foreground!.

When you do this, you do not give your audience a point of reference, it is as if you are floating in space looking upon the scene!. Your city-scape (the last shot) is gorgeous, but it lacks a foreground!. It would have been really cool to see maybe a piece of forground such as a statue on the balcony you were shooting kind of framing and providing perspective on the entire city scape!.

2) Landscape and nature shots are usually cool for 1 of two reasons, they are very wide and show tons of gorgeous scenery, or they are very detailed and focus on things we normally miss!. If you can't get a wide enough shot, get in there and grab some detail shots!.

Hope this helps! Feel free to check out some of our city-scape photography in our perspective section of our site!.

Overall not bad for a beginner!. Reading a couple of books might help with composition and lighting!.

"Hands-On Digital Photography" by George Schaub

"How Digital Photography Works, Second Edition" by Ron White

I'm also a fan of Shutterbug Magazine!. IMO, anyone seriously interested in photography should subscribe to at least one photography magazine!. Check the ones your local library subscribes to!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

They're pretty good, except for the exception of one of them looks like you took the picture through a sheet of dirty glass!.
They're also very original, I feel like they're a lot alike some photographs that others have taken before!.
Other than that, "practice makes perfect!."
Just keep on taking pictures, and you're sure to improve!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
