Question: How do i do prints!?
I have recently discovered the artist Christopher Le Brun and i adore his prints!. I also like the artist Helen Wards work for One Tree Hill she did!. Can anyone tell me please how to get the black, printing work that hey have done and how do youprint and also, some of the work looks as though it has been scratched on, how can i do this!? And, what materials should i use, like, what to draw (or paint) with on what kind of paper!?
I know this question is very confusing, but i am confused, sorry!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Roll out black ink thinly onto a table!. Put your paper on it and draw a mirror image on the side facing upwards!. The picture should be on the reverse!. Takes a little practise but is very effective!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

They are called etchings and monoprints!. And the above answer is correct, a monoprint is any time you create a design or painting with paint or ink on one surface and transfer it to another surface (paper)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

they might also be woodblock prints, which involves a piece of plywood that is scratched to create an image, coated in ink and pressed to paperWww@QuestionHome@Com
