Editing programs like Photoshop and others have sharpening tools!.
However, a blurry photo is basically ruined, nothing much you can do about it!. Sharpening really only works on the tiny bit of blur caused by the lens/camera, not on a photo that isn't in focus!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Blurry out of focus cannot be fixed- have to re-shoot! I think this is the third time this question has come up today! What would we do without auto-focus-- Oh yeah, we had to compose the shot, focus the lens manually, say watch the birdie- hope nobody moved, and pressed the shutter button! Use the auto focus features on your camera!Www@QuestionHome@Com
