Fractious, it can be, like most Adobe stuff, a bit neophyte-unfriendly but once mastered, it's wonderful!. It's a talented artform, knows it, and behaves like an artful dodger!. Watch most TV/movie presentations and you'll see the lensflares/blurs, shapes, etal!.!.!.!.!. Adobe is the best and has yet to be equaled!. This cannot be easily removed but tweaking the contrast, brightness, and gamma on a microsoft editor program or any basic image program should improve itWww@QuestionHome@Com The easiest way is to use the despeckle option in Corel or the blurr effect in Photoshop!. By controlling the blurr or despeckle, you will not alter the image and the specks will disappear!.Www@QuestionHome@Com If you have one of the free imaging programs that you get with digital cameras, they usually have photo enhancement tools in them!. Look for an effect called scratch removal or despeckle!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Those are artifacts caused by digital noise which is caused by extreme underexposure or the use of a very high ISO!.
