The lips are deadly flat!.
You want to make people feel like the lips are so KISSABLE!. Make its more 3D by having the lines of the mouth (your shading) go more round instead of flat!. Feel the flesh! Oh, and add some dark around the opening of the mouth but not the entire thing, just around where you see some dark parts in reference pictures/photos!. And never ever underline the outer part of the mouth line!.!.!.that is soo not realistic!.!.!.Other than that some highlights to make it more smoochable!.

As for the jaw!.!.!.Its too small and too round for realistic anatomy!.
