Are European photographers more creative than American photographers?

Hmmm!.!.!.
I don't know how to answer this!. But I like European art better than American!. When I say art, I use that word broadly - from music to movies!.
Actually, take back movies because my four favourite movies of all time are Braveheart, Good Will Hunting, Lion King and The Golden Compass!. Although, The Golden Compass was written by an Englishman!.
Elton John is the greatest artist of all time (in my opinion) but he is closely followed by Billy Joel (Long Island, NY)!.
As far as television goes, I can't stand American humour!. Nor can most New Zealanders!. We like English humour!. But beause we're constantly blasted with Americana, New Zealand is becoming "Americanized" and US tv shows are becoming more and more popular over English shows!. Fashion over here is influenced by America!.

So I would have to say European, but America is catching up in the arts department!.

One last thing, I'm only speaking on behalf of New Zealand here!. And New Zealanders aren't as enthusiastic as Americans!. For example, quite a number of years ago, there was a TV show in America called 'That's Incredible' and we copied them in New Zealand and called it 'That's Fairly Interesting!.'Www@QuestionHome@Com
