The only program that I know of is Adobe Photoshop!. When we were in class our teachers would have us create and edit images!. There was even a project that involved recreating a famous work of art by using bits and pieces from photos and bringing them together as one flawless piece!.

well, you can try Photoshop, which comes with a CD after getting a computer with Windows Vista!.!.!.!.!.or you can download it from the internet!. But when you set it up it requires a code!. If you download it, I can pass on a code and info for setting it up^^
This is the program most people use to edit and "shop up" pictures for forum signatures and such!. I use it too!.
There are others too, like Microsoft (i think this is the company) Fireworks and a program called Gimp!. I used both of these in my graphics design classes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you have a resizable tooltip in your existing software for applying a colour with variable opacity and density, you can easily emphasise/extend, or blend areas - similarly a clone brush will do this too

for a cheaper version you could try Corel Paint Shop Pro!. It's about $450 cheaper than Photoshop and it basically does the exact same stuff and it's a little easier to understand!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
