How do you paint super thin lines?

Question: How do you paint super thin lines!?

I need to paint REALLY fine lines (for whiskers on a cat)!.

if you are painting it on wall use masking tape
if you r painting smaller painting use toothpick or extra thin brushWww@QuestionHome@Com
