Yes-- there is on paint! you copy the picture!.!.

( You might have to have a couple paint's open!)
then there should be a star shape looking thingy which will let you outline the figure you are wanting to outline then copy while the line is still around the figure and press control+V into the picture you are wanting them into!Www@QuestionHome@Com
