It's not that hard to do, just time consuming!. It's done with some 3d program (I use Poser for figures), manipulated in a photo editing program (like Photoshop) and composited together!. No big deal, but if you want to learn that kind of art, you need to learn some 3d and 2d programs like Bryce and Photoshop!.
